Tour Rules & Regulations Tour cost published does not include intercontinental airfare. Pride Of Ghana Tours hereinafter referred to as the company, does in-country airfare at Extra Cost. In case of fluctuations in bus/ air fares, the same shall be born by the tour participant as an additional cost. In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the Tour Manager has discretionary powers to modify the route or cancel the tour. The company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs. but no compensation claim will be entertained. If the tour participant requests to cancel the tour, in writing, the money will be refunded as follows : 90 days or more prior to the departure of the tour apply a 10% cancellation fee 60 days or more -20% cancellation fee 59 -11days 50% cancellation fee 10 days or less or no show NO refund. Legitimate refund of money due to the tour participant will be made only after completion of the tour booked. If the tour participant requests to transfer/ postpone the tour, in writing, the transfer charges will be as follows: 90 days or more prior to the departure of the tour $100- per person transfer charges. 60 days or more – $150 p.p 30 days or less $200 The company shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage/ loss caused to the tour participant due to reasons beyond the control of the company. If the tour participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any tour participant or causes damage to the property of the company, he/ she will be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Tour Managers have been authorized to do so. There will not be any compensation, whatsoever, in such cases. As a Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities, provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions. Tour participants will receive their tickets from the Pride Of Ghana via email, only after making full payment. The `Day to Day Program’ consisting of names of the hotels, their telephone numbers and the list of necessary things to be carried by the tour participant, will be provided in advance of the tour. If the tour participant arrives prior to or remains after the ticketed tour dates it is the responsibility of the tour participant to join the group at the right time and place. Or to make arrangements for themselves after the tour ends. Unless the tour participant requests assistance from the company, the Tour Manager shall not be responsible for the tour participant, before joining the group. There will be separate rules and regulations for different tours announced by the company from time to time. These will be supplemented to the main terms and conditions and will be informed to passengers at the time of booking under those tours. The company may arrange shooting during tours (stills / video). The tour participants shall have no objection to the shot material being used as publicity material by the company.
